Directions for creating accounts or adding students to existing accounts can be found in the Parent User Guide accessible at http://ehandbooks.dadeschools.net/userguides/pdf/Parent_Portal_Registration/index.html.
When parents create an account, they will receive a parent account number (8-characters beginning with the capital letter P, e.g. P1234567).
Students can be associated with multiple parent accounts.
Each student has a unique Parent PIN number in ISIS; this unique PIN is required to add a student to a new or an existing parent account.
Parents/legal guardians must obtain the PIN from the school.
Parent Account Issues:
If a parent has forgotten the parent account number or password, he or she may retrieve the account number or request a password reset from the Dadeschools.net Parent Page by clicking on the “Forgot Username/Password” link below the Parent Portal login button at http://www.dadeschools.net/parents.asp
If all attempts to retrieve the forgotten parent account or password are unsuccessful, the parent should create a new parent account and add student(s) to the new account.
